Kayla was born and raised in Pleasanton, California. She came to Boise in 2013 for college and graduated from Boise State University in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication with an Emphasis in Regional and Organizational Studies. Her professional journey includes valuable experience gained at ADP, Robert Half, and Vacasa, where she gained skills in payroll, HR, and staffing.
In her current role at the Idaho AGC as Member Experience Manager, Kayla is dedicated to connecting members with association benefits and services. Her responsibilities include optimizing member engagement, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with events. She is committed to ensuring that every member company receives maximum value from their membership.
