Devin Casterline serves as Director of Membership for Idaho AGC, leading efforts to grow membership, strengthen engagement, and deliver meaningful value to member companies. Her work centers on understanding the needs of Idaho’s construction businesses and connecting them with the resources, relationships, and representation that support their success.
Before joining Idaho AGC, Devin served as a Territory Manager for United Rentals in Boise, where she built industry relationships and earned recognition for exceptional customer service and team contributions. Her additional experience in marketing and brand development informs her approach to member outreach and communicating the value of association membership. An Idaho native, Devin brings a relationship-driven, service-oriented perspective to her role and a commitment to the businesses helping build the state’s future.
