Meta (Facebook's parent company) is constructing an $800 million data center just south of Boise and has hired Hensel Phelps to be the GC on the project. The team from Hensel Phelps has been to Idaho several times since the announcement was made and will be returning next week for a partnering event hosted by the Idaho AGC at its offices in Boise on April 7.
This is an excellent opportunity for local contractors interested in working on the project to meet the folks leading the project and learn the type of work to be performed.
