Statewide Legislative Program
Idaho AGC protects your business from unnecessary legislation and regulations at the local and state level. AGC also advances positive changes for the Idaho construction industry. AGC contracts with Sullivan & Reberger to represent the interests of the construction industry at the state capitol.

National Legislative Program
At the national level, AGC-America has an effective staff that protects the industry from regulation and works to increase infrastructure funding. AGC's political influence is consistently rated in the top tier by senators and congressmen.

Idaho AGC Political Action Committee
Idaho AGC has an active and effective PAC. In the last election the PAC supported 48 candidates for the state legislature, and 46 were elected, a 95% success rate. Donations to candidates are more important than ever, and your financial support allows AGC to gain even more influence for the construction industry in Idaho. AGC's goal is to double our annual budget for the PAC from $12,500 to $25,000 per year. We are currently at $14,000 per year and growing.
