 AGC Insurance Packages Designed For Contractors The Idaho AGC offers members both workers compensation and health insurance programs that are designed specifically for contractors. The ACG Benefit Trust is a comprehensive, fully insured (Blue Cross of Idaho) plan that offers a variety of deductibles and benefit packages. Options available include dental, vision and an employee assistance program. Over 6000 construction workers and their families are currently covered under the AGC health insurance program. The AGC workers compensation plan, called Contractor Care, has many cost and program advantages. WorkCare Northwest and the Idaho AGC have joined forces to offer this program to members, and it truly gives the member contractor the competitive edge when it comes to covering employees. An important part of the AGC/WorkCare plan is the construction specific safety program that works to keep AGC member premiums low.
