Idaho AGC Restructures Education And Training

To better serve the members' needs, Idaho AGC will provide Individual Company Training classes.
We have consistently found that large scheduled training classes do not meet the needs of everyone at the same time. In our continuing efforts to meet the needs of all members, we will be offering smaller, customized classes at a reduced cost at times and locations that best addresses company needs.

Classes will be as small as 3 people up to 20 people as requested by individual companies. Working closely with company leaders, special classes that are company specific will be used to increase the training needs of each company. Training classes are offered on a first-come\first-serve basis. Classes can be conducted in house at the AGC or at the company’s own training facility as negotiated with AGC. For companies located out of the Treasure Valley area additional cost maybe incurred for travel expenses.

When possible, advertising will go out to all members. Companies that want to send employees to that particular class could attend as well, upon agreement by the company that has contracted for the class.

The special general education classes that have been provided in the past would continue to be offered, as these have been very successful.

The cost of the courses outlined will be $200.00 per person.  Plus one option below.

  • In-House at the AGC office which would include use of AGC AV equipment. There would also be refreshments but no lunch; (Could be provided by your company)
  • On-site at a company within convenient travel in the Treasure Valley with negotiated items such as refreshments, AV, etc.
  • On-site at a company outside of the Treasure Valley area depending on the need for lodging, per diem, etc. along with other items noted in #2.

Courses Offered Include:

  • AGC of America Supervisor Training Program (STP)
  • NCCER Management Training Classes
  • Special Request classes (Negotiated if special instructor required)

Now YOU can schedule your SPECIAL In Time – On Time Training Classes
